Full Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the clinic team through accurate and organized documentation.
Enter patient information, treatment details, and clinical notes into the clinic’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system promptly and precisely.
Act as a communication bridge between the medical team and insurance department to ensure efficient workflow and minimize delays.
Assist and follow-up for approvals.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a medical or dental clinic is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using computers, EMR software, and office applications.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
