About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused General & Cosmetic Dentist to join our team .The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of clinical experience in Abu Dhabi, hold a valid DOH license, and have strong expertise in both general and cosmetic dentistry.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have an existing patient base and established relationships with private/cash patients, and who are able to contribute to the growth of the clinic through their own patient network.
Key Requirements:
- Valid DOH License in Abu Dhabi (mandatory).
- More than 8 years of clinical experience in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong experience in General and Cosmetic Dentistry.
- Proven expertise in:
- Veneers.
- Smile Makeovers.
- Teeth Whitening.
- Restorative Dentistry.
- Crowns and Bridges.
- General dental procedures.
- Existing patient base or private/cash patients is highly preferred.
- Ability to attract and maintain cash-paying/private patients.
- Excellent patient communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work effectively within a professional and dynamic dental team.
- Available to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general and cosmetic dental treatments.
- Assess patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform restorative, cosmetic, and preventive dental procedures.
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with patients.
- Provide high-quality treatment to both existing and new patients.
- Support the clinic in developing and increasing its private/cash patient base.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control standards, and clinical protocols.
- Deliver excellent patient care and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the clinic.
